The house of the scorpion. Characters

Matt: is the protagonist in this story. He is a clone of El Patron. He was created so he could be used for transplants when El Patron’s organs failed in order to prolong El Patron’s life. Matt was very sheltered as a child. he didn’t know much of the outside world he didn’t even know what grass smelled like. During the story (after escaping the house and getting hurt) Matt was put into a prison like environment changing the characteristics of Matt into a hurt boy that learned that words would lead to pain. I’m looking forward to see what happens to the characteristics of this boy as the mood of his environment changes around him.

EL patron: the original matteo. He is a a powerful drug lord that creats clones for the purpes of taking there orgains to live longer.

Tom: son of felicia and mr.MacGregor. He costantly tormants matt with crule words of how he is a clone.

Maria: younger daughter of senator Mendoza. shes one of Matts few friends.

The house of the scorpion is a great book, the setting is in between Mexico and America. At the beginning of this book the setting starts off in a little house in the poppie fields. As the book goes on the setting changes, from a little house to a very large house with a beautiful garden. Many people live in the house so the house must be much bigger then an average house.
